How to Redeem

You can redeem your Returner’s Reward via our website, over the phone or in-person.

Website:

To redeem via our website, you just need to add your original order reference number in the promo code box on the checkout page.

Your discount will then be automatically added before you checkout.

Phone:

You can call our Support Team on (0) 131 225 5445 and they can book your tickets with the discount over the phone.

In-person (at the Mercat Cross or 28 Blair Street):

Just let our Support Team know when purchasing your tickets in-person that you’d like to redeem your Returner’s Reward. You’ll need your original order reference number.

T&Cs

• Original tickets must have been purchased directly through Mercat Tours (via the website, over the phone, at the Mercat Cross/28 Blair Street).
• The discount can only be made after the date of the original tour has passed.
• The £2 discount is for each number of tickets purchased through the original booking e.g. if you originally bought 2 x tour tickets, you will receive a £4 discount on your next booking.
• If you are unable to attend your original tour, but you didn't receive a refund, then you will still receive a discount next time you book.
