Only one entry is allowed per reviewer. Reviewers will only be added to the prize draw from our Feedback Survey.
Prize 1: We'll select one reviewer at random who left feedback within the month to win 2x tour tickets for the following month's featured tour. Whisky Tour & Tasting is excluded from this offer. In the case Whisky Tour & Tasting is the month's featured tour, the winner may choose an alternative. Winners will also have the option of donating their tickets to the Our Stories, Your City project.
Time to claim: Winners have 30 days from the receipt of an e-mail informing them of their prize to accept it. If we do not hear from the winner within those 30 days the tickets will be donated to the Our Stories, Your City project by default.
Prize 2: One reviewer from the Feedback Survey will also be chosen at random quarterly to win an Etsy gift card equal to the value of £50 GBP, or as close to this value as possible when converted into one of the alternative currencies available via Etsy. The gift card shall be sent to the winner via email. It is the winners responsibility to ensure the correct e-mail address is given. Mercat Tours shall not be held liable in the case that the wrong e-mail address is supplied.
Time to claim: Winners have 30 days from the receipt of an e-mail informing them of their prize to accept it. If we do not hear from the winner within those 30 days the prize will expire and can no longer be redeemed.
